FAQ #1 – When is the cut-off time for guaranteed same day shipping of in-stock items?
Answer – Orders received by us before 10:00 a.m. CST (during regular business hours) are generally shipped the same day. After 10:00 a.m. CST we cannot guarantee same day shipping although many times your order does get shipped the same day.
FAQ #2 – I placed my order on Thursday morning before 10:00 a.m. CST and selected 2 Day Air shipping. But I didn't get my order until Monday. Shouldn't I get my order on Friday (Day 2) if it ships on Thursday (Day 1)?
Answer – The day your order ships does not count toward the number of shipping days. In this case, when your order ships on Thursday, Next Day Air shipments are delivered the next business day – which is Friday. 2 Day Air shipments are delivered the 2nd business day – which is Monday. So your order arrived right on schedule.
FAQ #3 – Do UPS and FedEx deliver on weekends?
Answer – UPS and FedEx deliver Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery of Next Day Air packages (shipped on Friday) is available for an additional fee. FedEx home delivery is Tuesday through Saturday with no deliveries on Sunday or Monday.
FAQ #4 – Is the delivery of my order via Air Service (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day) guaranteed when I place my order (and you ship it) according to the schedule above?
Answer – No. Only Next Day Air packages are guaranteed for delivery during this extra busy time of the year. That said, the reality is that 99%+ of all packages shipped via Air Service are delivered "on time".
